An atlas of selected primary diagnoses of hospital admissions for London and South East England Residents 2004/05 & 2005/06
This atlas displays the directly age-standardised rate and count for a number of primary diagnoses for London and South East residents by Local Authority . Users can toggle between a single map (area comparison) and dual map templates (correlation with deprivation - Index of multiple deprivation, 2004) from within the application.

All the SVG boundaries are based on digital boundaries obtained from Ordnance Survey and are subject to Crown Copyright. You are allowed to print one copy of each image for reference purposes only. The making of multiple copies, the usage of the images for other than reference purposes and any attempt to extract the vector map data are all illegal and infringe Crown Copyright.
If you wish to use any of the SVG maps in a report of any kind you should obtain a Paper Map Copying Licence from Ordnance Survey. The licence will cost around £50 and will be valid for a year.
