Cardiovascular disease profiles for England - Second release
Providing a detailed picture of the burden of cardiovascular diseases, these profiles allow comparison across regions and local areas against a number of indicators, including: incidence, mortality, treatments and costs. Available for every PCT in England, together with summary profiles for the heart and stroke networks.
Health Inequalities Gap Measurement Tool Update
The gap tool is an accessible, web-based resource providing detailed information on the nature and extent of the health inequalities gap within and between all Local Authority and NHS areas in England.
Primary Care Inequalities
This project used Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) data in conjunction with practice-level deprivation scores (IMD 2007) to explore inequalities in provision of primary care. The summary report includes key findings, example of charts and conclusions.
European Comparisons Series - Cancer Rates in Europe: How does the South East compare?
This second report in the series focuses on cancer. It examines differences in cancer mortality between countries and regions, and between men and women. By exploring differences in incidence and survival for four key cancers across European countries, it also goes one stage further in ‘unpicking’ the disparities in cancer mortality.
